We want you to love every timepiece in your collection, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn watches in their original packaging. Please note that monthly subscription wheels and mystery box items are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.
Secure Your Shipment
Carefully pack the watch in its original presentation box with all tags attached to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our horologists inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
