Once you choose a tier, our experts curate a premium timepiece for you each month. You get to keep every watch you receive, and the value of the watch always exceeds the cost of your subscription.
Are the watches authentic and covered by warranty?
Absolutely. We partner directly with reputable manufacturers and authorized dealers to ensure 100% authenticity. Every watch comes with a manufacturer's warranty or a Watch Gang guarantee.
When will my order ship?
Subscription watches typically ship within 3-5 business days of your renewal date. For Member Store purchases, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours via standard ground shipping.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased from our Member Store in their original, unworn condition. Please note that monthly subscription boxes are non-refundable, but they are covered under our mechanical warranty.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, you have full control over your membership. You can pause your subscription for a month or cancel at any time through your account dashboard without any hidden fees.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
